Inspection Reports

In property management, here at BV Real Estate, we conduct a property inspection report undertaking an examination of the property, assessing both its interior and exterior conditions. This would occur after three months of tenancy and 6 monthly thereafter. This involves checking structural components such as the roof, walls, and windows for any signs of damage or wear. 

Inside the property, the agent would inspect plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC units, and appliances to ensure they are functioning correctly and up to code. The inspection also includes evaluating the condition of flooring, ceilings, and fixtures. The agent would document any defects, potential safety hazards, and areas needing repair or maintenance. 

We also take photographs and possibly videos to provide visual evidence supporting their findings. The resulting report would be comprehensive, detailing the property’s current state, highlighting issues that need attention, and offering recommendations for repairs or improvements to maintain or enhance the property’s value.
