Ongoing Property Management Services

Rent Collection: Collecting and monitoring rents from the tenant(s) keeping all documentation in line with the RTB.

Debt Collection: Managing the collection of any outstanding debts from the tenant(s).

Maintenance Resolution: Resolving maintenance problems as they arise, in consultation with and instruction from the landlord.

Rent review: We will look after the rent review when they become due.

End of Tenancy Services

Key Retrieval: Retrieving the keys from the tenant.

Property Inspection: Carrying out an inspection of the property, noting any visible changes from the initial condition.

Utility Readings: Recording the readings on the gas, electricity, water, and other utility meters.

Inventory Check: Checking the inventory of the property’s contents.

Tenant Observations: Invite the tenant to include their observations on the inventory, condition of the property, and utility meter readings.

Repairs and Maintenance: Assessing the extent of repairs or maintenance work necessary and advising the client accordingly.

Deposit Calculation: Calculate the amount, if any, of the tenancy deposit to be returned to the tenant.

Tenancy dispute: Managing any tenancy dispute including deposit retention with the tenant.
